As many of you know I LOVE fonts, I hoard fonts. There will never be too many fonts filling the storage space on my computer! I pin, share and download fonts on a regular basis. There are a few places where I prefer to get them as I believe in supporting other small business owners and designers.
Here is a round up of my favourite places to find FREE creative fonts, suitable for cutting crafts to add to your collection.
*Some of the below fonts are affiliate links, which means that if you choose to make a purchase from their site, I will earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
I only promote sites who I know have amazing quality files suitable for crafts.

Font Bundles are always my first stop when I need a new font for a design, there is a great range of over 200 FREE fonts from super talented designers for you to download. The freebies include a commercial license. Two of my favourites that I have used on many of your favourite quotes are;

These guys have a huge range of free fonts with commercial license. Some of the fonts are available FREE all the time, some are only available for a limited time, so check back regularly to get the latest designs. They have over 300 fonts with heaps of quirky designs like these two, which are great for your crafts;

You all know the Hungry Jpeg for their great SVG files, but they also have a massive range of fonts, many of which are perfect for your crafty designs. They have a regular FREE FONT BUNDLE which is always great, I have overloaded my font folders downloading many of their bundles! You may recognise these 2 freebies in some of our quote designs;

Da Font is the biggest site for free fonts online, it has everything from script, hand drawn, hand writing, monograms, calligraphy, graffiti… everything you can imagine! There is an easy search at the top of the page to filter down exactly what type of font you need for your project. There is heaps of old school monogram style fonts by many different designers to personalise your latest creation.
Check the license terms for each individual font as some are personal use only, others are public domain, so read all info carefully before using.
My fonts is another great free font library, but the best thing is it has a font identification tool, What the Font. Upload an image of a font you like and it will help you find it, or a similar font for you to use. My Fonts also has fonts for sale, so check the license and cost of each font as you search.
Another great free fonts site with a great variety of styles. What I like about this site though is the Font Identifier. Another tool where you can upload an image of a font you are searching for and it will help you find it.
If you know of any other awesome font resources, please contact me so I can share.
Happy crafting!
Erin 🙂
